I'm using an Android cellphone & when I try to upload my profile pic. As it is trying to load it , my screen turns blank. Any advice or tips to help me?

I uploaded a pic by emailing it to myself so that it will go into a different gallery.

It sounds compatible, so you may want to empty tour browser's cache and maybe even reboot the phone.

It sounds compatible, so you may want to empty tour browser's cache and maybe even reboot the phone. Yes I did all that & still would not upload my photos till I emailed them to myself then saved them on my phone so the pics would go to a different gallery. |

My only other advice would be to make sure that the photo is the right file type (gif, .jpg, or .bmp) and that the image is within our size restrictions. The number of pixels in a photo is limited to 10 million pixels. In other words, the product of width times length must not exceed 10000000.
