Welcome, KSS25. On the mobile site (which you appear to be using), nudges are included with email on the mail tab indicator. That may be the source of the confusion.

Welcome, SW2015. If you had such an indicator, it appears to be gone now. It may have been a caching issue. If you're still seeing a "1 new", then try emptying your cache and deleting your M2 cookies.

We no longer have the option to mail in photos, Mags579, as the mobile site for iOS devices now support direct uploads. Are you using an iOS device?

It may mean that you have nudged her too many times in a row, dreamerana, as there are nudge limits. Or, have you never been able to nudge her?

siverfox, it depends on the part of the site where you went to look. We have not changed anything drastically, although Who's Online may function a bit differently. You may just need to edit your search parameters.

glorpatrick1, are you using the actual app or just the mobile site? If the latter, then try again after emptying your phone browser cache.

mightymoe, if the account is deactivated, it may've been banned with its outgoing mail deleted.
