I also changed outfits on my Victorian doll that is my 'art piece' in my office. She is now a mod girl posing with a peacock feather! She is wearing a brown jacket that looks very similar to a West Point coat, (only shorter) over a navy body hugging floor length dress made from one of my stretch socks. She is 22" tall and is standing in a crystal vase. NOW HOW IS THAT for spending my free time.

Hi Linda Well this retired girl is doing laundry and housework today. Not very exciting is it? And playing around here on the computer. How about you? We people in "recovery" call it mood altering!  I cleaned house yesterday and got 'high' when I had this nice clean house to look at. When I clean house, I call it creating a new atmosphere!

Is 145 miles due wesy of Colorada Springs any where near Ouray? Our family has history in Ouray. Ouray is jst about 30 miles north of teluride No, no, I know where Ouray is. In a previous post 145 miles due west of Colorado Springs was mentioned as where somebody lives. |

WAS GOING OUT BUT HE ROADS ARE KIND OF A MESS. THE ROAD CREWS ARE NOT OUT IN FORCE DO TO CUT BACKS. WAS GOING UP TO THE MOUNTAINS, TO GET ABOVE IT ALL. My daughter is driving 2 and half hours Sunday morning to get from Cornish ME to the lower west side of New Hampshire. She's a veterenarian and has had to drive in really bad weather in the past. I'm just worried about her after watching the weather channel! 
I have been 'under the weather'  myself, but feel better today. I was supposed to go to an annual Holiday Event given by the hospital where I used to work. Weather here is clear, but very cold NOT. I don't think I want to get out.

And a party it is going to be Sitting quietly in the green chair, reading "Nursingmatters" and wonder if I have been left behind in a profession that I gave 51 years of my life too. 
Ah, but I have a new life now, partying with my friends. 
I sort invited alisha, she said she had the "drips". I thought she meant she was sad Nope it was only a case of a bad "cold". She could party anyway cause she is doing something very wonderful on the 19th.
