It's the man's responsibility to make the moves. If she makes the first move, it'll mean she is in the lead. She doesn't want to be the man in the relationship for the rest of her life. So you are saying there has never been a female that has approached you? To base anything in a relationship nowadays on gender is archaic at best. Games are best left for childern. Don't think i would tell her to straight up ask him ( the hammer to the face technique was never my favorite ) but see no harm in her feeling him out. Take it slow. |

yeah...actually..as much as most of the ppl replied to my post suggested me to "just ask him," i am more leaning towards not asking him...i dont want to take the "initiative" and risk ruining things... it's just that i'm really afraid of getting hurt in the end..so part of me tells myself to pull away from him before it's too late.. Why should he be willing to put it on the line if you aren't as willing? While i don't suggest driving him over, in a truck with a bummer sticker saying "LOVE ME 4EVER", i do suggest it's time to find out the answer. You have already decided you would like to pursue this to some degree, so why not pursue it? Let's play the odds, you gamble- Worst case scenario - he gets uncomfortable and ends any relationship you had. Well to be honest if you start pushing him away that's the end result anyway. Best case scenario - you are happy FOREVER. Games are overrated. Opportunities lost while people try to read other peoples minds.. don't lose yours. Just another point of view to consider. I'd rather they just list gender 
Age thing would be nice, seems most people that view me are way out of my 10 year buffer area. Assume they view to check my age/location. Just might save them some time with age posted. As far as gender.. errr.. besides people that post artwork not seeing that as an issue. Even the people that post artwork, you can usually just read a post from them and tell. |

not sure if this will sound like i am shallow or what.... i guess that is why i am posting for comments: i met this guy about a week ago. he wants to start a relationship, start dating. this is a long term goal of mine, however certain reg flags: 1) he is a struggling writer- struggling in that he moved in with his mother. now i am far from a "material Girl" and i am not looking for anyone to support me- i have a GREAT job---- but i am not wanting to support anyone either! 2) he already said i love you 3) he did not offer to carry something to the car for me am i being stupid? comments welcome (this was a short version- did not want to go into get detail) Everything you posted is explainable in a persons life for the most part. He is maybe starting off and while not the best thing to be with a broke guy, love doesn't always attract you to the goldmine. He already said "i love you" - week in makes anyone question how serious he is, but he could be the type that believes in love at first site. Yes there are still dreamers out there! THE LAST HOWEVER... yeah, sadly the simplest thing is the biggest red flag to me. There is never an excuse to be inconsiderate to the person you are with. Sorry but that one fact alone leads me to believe he is more in love with himself then he will ever be with you. Just my 2 cents. |

I've quit smoking and just wanted to know if any one had tips or tricks to help Orange tic-tacs, cigs taste terrible with one of those in your mouth. I love orange tic-tacs Then it works out well! |

If I could ever find a cool girl who could drink on my level, I swear to God I'd marry her. Margarita Mondays for lyfe! i wonder how long the navy is going to hold you.. they arent going to put up with that at all Actually some bases there are only 2 options: Get drunk or get Big. Some bases regulate how much contact we can have with the native population.. i.e. Haiti. So you either drink your time away or hit the gym hard. Sadly most choose to drink over there. |
