ok we seem to have a problem with the term cougar but when you stop to think about it it's not so bad, case in point My kids took me out for dinner and dancing for my birthday to a local bar. I was on the dance floor all night with my son, step grandson, and future son in law. My daughter pointed out as we were leaving that all the other tables were pointing at me and calling me a cougar. Which was fine with me because they don't know me and I don't care what they think. The one term I can't abide is MILF and I have been called that not knowing what it meant, but when I found out those boys were not allowed back in my home.

Today is a new day right? decide what you can and cant deal with in life and forgive and forget the past. the PAST. live in the now and look forward to the future. nobody can change their mistakes we are all human but i would like to think i can learn from anything that happens in my life and i am still making mistakes but trying to live up to any wrong doing, make it right and smile for today and my future.

Looks will always be important regardless of what we say, but to me beautiful is what is in the heart what you have to offer someone else, the type of person you are. I am told by my friends that I am beautiful but I am not stupid enough to believe they are talking about appearances. They mean as a person who is willing to help others. To me this is more important than anything else they could say.

I am a woman in my early fities. Have been divorced for 14 years. I am ready to get back into the dating scene, and wondering if older men truly interested in meeting older women or are they only looking for young trophy gorlfriends/ wives?
The majority of older men are looking for younger women - that is why Viagra was invented - so they could keep having sex after mother nature had played her part. Most older men cannot sustain an erection past 60 or don't require sex as often. Women after menopause go into another phase of their sexuality - no longer driven by the procreation gene, they want sex for different reasons. Men don't get this and turn to Viagra and younger women. Older women have become invisible. That's what we get for trying to fool Mother Nature. JOAN I agree with you Joan, my problem is finding someone over the age of 50 I am looking for someone my age or a year or two difference I have even put it on my profile but no luck, it would seem it is the younger ones that want the older women |
