The confusion and frustration waits in the shadows of the sun that rises each day.
Every choice, big or small, just leads us on our way.
What is now, will just be a memory that sets with the sun.
A lesson that makes us stronger for the new day to come.
To get up and try again will only make the next day more clear.
The darkness will always arrive but only to bring the sun to dry a tear.
The choice will be forever yours, to face the challenge once more or turn and run in fear.
Whatever the choice, it makes up the destiny you will find and could behold a tomorrow that has promise of a new day to come.

I feel bad for you, that you feel so much hate! I'm an ER nurse and I've seen some pretty bad ****. But to let it consume you like you have is just really sad! I truly recommend that you talk to someone! You would definately benefit by it and you can even ask for a male counselor. Just my opinion, take it for whatever it's worth. I with the best for you:)

Thank you. I wrote that a long time ago. I have never shared my writtings with anyone before. I also haven't written anything for years now, but thinking I may jot a few things down again.

I hear a voice as I walk among the shadows of despair. It said "walk with me, for I shall help mend your heart. I care."
A strength picked me up and carried me towards a light. Suddenly, I could feel love and a strength for new found sight.
It said, "from here on I shall carry you through the shadows to a path where you can walk to the meadows. Talk to me at any time and I will answer. Not through words but love. I will walk with you by your side even though I live above. I will take away your pain and sorrow until you are relieved. All I ask of you, is to believe."
