Pork loin cut a slot in the middle of it and stuff it full of chopped dried fruit then make a rub for it with fresh rosemary thyme and garlic then brown it in a pan then put it in the oven for 45min at 375 deg you then take some blueberrys with some sugar reduce it down to a sauce serve it over the top you will love it. enjoy Tim
