her enduring tenderness causes
an eruption of longing in my abdomen/
the childlike laughter that dances from her
smile stirs activity in my soul/
her inhaling and exhaling of melodies,
harmonies and rhythms clothes me with avidity
and suffering/ my only soothing is her
effortless beauty of grooving/ princess of
urbanity painfully i wait to touch the sound
her kingdom/ to find myself favored to serve
the adorability in her voice/ ponder ways to
embrace her treble clef but her music im
finding too intricate/ i plead with myself not to
be taken by sunshines intrigue but
her eyes invites me/ her soulfulness
provokes my emotional hunger/ hmmm

that shames the finnest of silk and satin
watermelon scented/ she purges me
like fire to gold, she fills me like
lemonade does the glass during the simmering
