If is not a God of love why did he put us on this earth???? Morie, he is a God of love. There is also more to God than just loving his people. The only thing God hates is sin. He pours his wrath on the unrighteous when they die. We can either live for God, or live for the love of the world. For example, the love of money, materialism, greed, possessions etc. |

When people say that you should 'fear God' what they are really talking about is the law of God, or the law of vibration in this universe that is the law of causation. This is how the law works. It does not pass judgment. It is like the law of gravity. You jump off of a cliff, you will plunge to your physical death. That is the law of gravity. The law of vibration will draw unto you, that which you place your observation and attention on, and like attracts like. He who lives by the sword will die by the sword. Precisely, JeannieBean! 
God is also our judge. But yes, he is also a loving God. Everything good on this planet comes from him. Every negative feeling, disease comes from satan and his minions. We were all given free will to give into the things that don't come from God. Lusting, greed,hatred, racism,prejudice,dissention etc. These all come from the negative forces, who do have the power to influence us to sin. As mortal humans, we don't really have the right to judge. I could tell someone how, if they don't repent their sins, believe that Jesus is their Lord and savior, and how he did on the cross so that if we prayed to him for forgiveness, and repented, we could save ourselves from going to that horrible place called hell when we leave our physical bodies. In the Bible it clearly states that no person should be a judge or hypocrite. God does the judging. We don't have that right. All of what you say above is purely symbolic. Don't think you should take it literally. What was symbolic of what I had stated above? I do take it literally. To me the Bible is God's law. IMO, anyone who doesn't take the Bible seriously, very well should, as they will regret it someday. But you don't have to take my word for it. |

we wouldn't be here today if God wasn't a loving God. I could give all my reasons why i don't believe God loves us because i had it bad alot. But if i think of all the good He has done for me then who am i to complain. I still have breathe in my lungs and hope for another day. My faith won't allow me to believe any other way. God is all about love, some people just lack the capacity to see it. My life wasn't always fair, and full of sunshine and rainbows either. But God is the wrong one to blame. He doesn't cause the negative and awful things that happen to people. It's other people, satan and his minions that cause the hurt, pain , suffering and destruction we see. 
That's precisely it, Conrad. We have no one else to blame when things don't go well for us. It's satan who sends the temptations our way, which we can either pray for help or give into the sin. |

Does that kind of people exist in the real world. .. if they do..I think they are taken. Oh, a lot of them are taken. In fact, I'll bet it's mostly attached men going to hookers and so forth. A lot of single men are either too shy or their morals are stronger. There are always exceptions to the rule however. There are real, genuine guys out there. The men you'd dated obviously weren't. Keep searching and I'm sure you'll find what you are looking for.
