I think about that alot, sometimes it is a little depressing to consider, but like others have said being alone is MUCH better than living with someone you don't enjoy. I am fine either way it turns out. I have siblings and three kids so I know there will always be someone around to enjoy. I am keeping my fingers crossed for that special someone though... :-)

I'll be happy to admit I LOVE SEX (hot, sweaty, passionate...oops getting distracted LOL), and hate not having a boyfriend. I also am more than willing to go out and have fun dating but I am not about to get naked with someone unless there are real feelings between us. I have a healthy self worth and don't think one night stands are very healthy in any sense of the word. To many STD's out there to chance having a shallow trist.

I usually prefer somewhat older, but it really does just depend on the person. If we click in and out of the bedroom then age isn't really that important. With that said I won't date someone in thier early twenties or someone older than 55, just because the young'ens are just starting thier lives and I probably wouldn't have alot in common and the semi older generation are getting ready to retire and enjoy the retirement years and I would be stuck at home working and raising my son when they were ready to see the world. it's the general commonalities we should have in common. BUT I suppose there are exceptions to every rule.. PHEW!!! I am long winded!!

Well everyone else here is correct in telling you to go get it! Besides you MAY even be helping the unfortunate person that lost the house. You never know as to what circumstances still revolve around the property for the former owner. In some cases even after the bank has taken back the property the former owner is still help responsible to pay for the money the owe the bank! so if you buy the property then the former owner will owe that much less for the balance of the loan. So you may actually helping them by reducing the amount they still owe. Go get it, love it and be thankful you are able to own a home.

Boxcar Canyon on the Deshutes river!! DA BOMB BABY! it has a nice mix of hardcore rapids and calm waters to get your bearings... I got catapulted out of the back of my raft on that river run!! it was scary but fun. I have also gone to White Salmon washington and they have a great waterfall!! I loved it.
