lol no I should've been more clear about that.my dad and uncles accents have a tendency to come out when they're drunk,otherwise they sound as american as the rest of us

figured I'd give the kid's perspective on things since I went through this when my parents split up.they divorced when I was 10,dad was court ordered to pay 463.33 a month,he had to keep me insured and when he wasnt able to keep health insurance on me he was 100% responsible for all my medical bills.needless to say,he didnt do either consistantly until I was 14,and being asthmatic with no health insurance could've been very dangerous for me had my mom's family not stepped in and paid for my meds a few times.when I hit 14 my aunt gave my mom the info she needed to get his child support payments automatically withdrawn from his paychecks,and made him pay them out of his own pocket when he didnt have a job.I calculated it after I hit 18,he owes over 6,000 dollars in back child support and medical bills.I dont know if this applies to the other states,but in Texas when a child turns 18 they can file a claim with the Attorney General for the non-custodial parent to pay them the money owed.Also,if you marry someone that owes back child support in Texas,you can kiss your income tax goodbye til it's current.My mom didnt get any of her refunds back til I was probably 7 or 8 thanks to the back support my dad owed on my 2 older brothers.

Jeez the administration there would just love the schools in my area...people take air horns into graduation and all kinds of stuff every year.my old school has to put their robes on as a class because the streaking got so out of hand,and a friend from a neighboring school flipped off his principal when he got his diploma.seriously,do those people live in the stone age?give the kid the damn diploma and go on with life

yep I met a guy on here,started seeing him all that good junk.He disappears for a while,come to find out he got thrown in jail and had been in for a month.I was an idiot and decided to give him the benefit of the doubt,and even let him stay with me when his brother kicked him out so he could move his girlfriend in.

That turned out to be the biggest mistake of my life,cause not only was he a raging alcoholic,he had a lengthy criminal record at 25.He ended up almost getting his best friend thrown in jail one night,and me dragged out of his friends house by the cops for a sobriety test(thank god I was sober)that same night.He almost tried to run from the cops in my car,me in the passenger seat almost hysterical,and I almost got arrested that time.

The final straw was when he popped me in the jaw a few days before halloween last year hard enough that he could've broken it.Needless to say he's long gone now and I havent looked back

yeah the strep shouldnt take long to clear up,when I had staph the doctor put me on a 2 week course of antibiotics and after that I was fine.Since she's already on amoxicillin they'll probably just keep her on that for a little while.You can definitely rule out MRSA as what kind she has,that stuff is hard to kill and the doctor would've seen it on the the test results and had her in the office already if that were what it was.If she's past the contagious stage of strep,she should be ok since staph isnt airborne,just no sharing drinks or anything like that.

She could've contracted it by drinking after someone that has it,sometimes it's asymptomatic and the person doesnt know they have it.It doesnt normally happen in the throat,it mainly happens in a locker room setting or like what happened to me,a bug bite getting infected.Is she on antibiotics?If so make sure she takes every single bit of it,dont want it turning into MRSA.Sinus infections arent usually caught from other people,so you might want to check with your doctor on that one.I hope everyone gets better soon!

the one you work at doesnt do anything for the kids on halloween?some of the ones around here set up games and check the kids candy for them using the x-ray machines.if they dont,see about starting something like that,it's fun for everyone and it makes things safer for the kids

it wont be so bad in my case.I work in the jewelry department at the walmart in my town,so we wont really be that busy,and I get to hand out candy to the kids so it's worth it,and I get to dress up twice so its a win-win for me

I've got 2 costumes this year.Going in drag for a halloween party as Jack from Will and Grace,then I'm getting a fairy costume to wear to work since I'll probably be stuck there halloween night

I've seen it happen too in my own house.one of the ghosts here was one of my best friends when he was still alive,and he'll switch the lights,a/c,anything he can off and on just to freak people out.he quits when we yell at him for a few hours then starts up again.

some people are just more sensitive to the supernatural than others,and you may be one of those that are.I live in a haunted house too,but I know the ghosts in mine.one of then showed up in my room when I was a kid,and it turned out to be my great grandmother that died before I was ever born.

It can be intimidating,but most spirits dont mean harm,they just do the things they do to communicate with us.talk with ruth and the others in the wiccan thread and see what they say,but if nothing's happening that would endanger you,try and wait it out,maybe you can figure out what's going on on your own
