Something the news isn't telling is that these fires have been doing the same thing in the same places for millions of years... destruction breeds creation...the old overgrowth burns to make way for the new shoots to rise...it's nature's way to promote plant growth, Wich is a step in the ecology to help all animals...if you build your home on the side of an active volcano, what would you think would happen? It's the same thing... The only way to stop the fires in preventive maintenance, mainly mowing the tall grasses that start the fires...

The problem with Sharia law like many other religious laws in those that interprets it. Most Muslims interprets Sharia law one way, focusing on the peace part and the hardliners who do strict interpretation word for word, this is what divides the religion and most religions. If you look at Christianity, you have those who follow the new testament and those ( cults) that follow the old testament and you get those who interprets it differently and develop extremist views like the Ku klux klan, they are all "Christians" but basing it on their twisted interpretation. Jehovah Witness to roman catholic to Amish/Mennonites Same thing with Islam and that is part of the problem how to tell the two apart for the average person who is non Muslim. |

it sure is funny how all of the G.O.P. brainwashed trumpsters, and republicans all SCREAM whenever somebody just MENTIONS 'socialism',but when trump has to give the farmers he is screwing over with his trade tariffs a $12 BILION dollar bailout, all of a sudden they don't see anything wrong with 'socialism',when it is one of THEIRS that is actually practicing it!! isn't THAT ironic??!!?? ![]() So in your mind, I take those bailouts were ok, costing the government hundreds of times more money, got nothing in return, and millions still lost their homes compared to a 12 billion dollar bailout that will actually help everyone in our nation.... |

So, mightymoe, is the point you're exploring here that the United States, Mexico, and Pakistan are, in some ways, becoming culturally similar? |

Seems like a very strange mix "socially conservative, economically 'leftist'". Economically leftist...possible meaning socialist? Opposite of Trump. Socially conservative...probably the last thing Pakistan needs. Their "conservative" values are not like ours..their conservative values include Sharia Law and condone violence against women. Exuse my intrusion, good sir but I would like to ask where did you get you Sharia Law degree, just curious from the Sharia Law Institute of Islamabad ![]() That's quite intriguing can you enlighten me about it Well let me ask you a question. There are many versions of "Sharia" but tell me which if any version gives the same rights to women as men? Sharia is a "religious" law and has no legitimate place in government. Saying Sharia has many versions proves you are completely ignorant about it .Answering my question with another question proves that even further but I am gonna answer you any way In sharia women and man are equal in rights and duties but in no place that it says that women and men are the same because god would be contradicting it self if he says that after creating them differently . |

Moe, i think the difference is this...the opinion pages of a newspaper are separate from the actual news of the day and they do reflect the editorial boards stance... example: New York Times = liberal.... and i believe, Chicago Tribune = conservative (could be different now idk) they both report the same news, and opinionize that news in separate sections....versus these shows like CNN, FOX and the like are offering slanted opinions 24/7 that is all you get all day long...i don't like any of them left or right...and i don't associate them with Freedom of the Press... my complaint of Trump is his labeling any dissent as fake and any agreement as truth...and that is exactly what he does, lumps any dissent into one bucket labeled FAKE and any agreement into another labeled Truth... |

@Moe....(i hate all them long-azz quoting & re-re-re-quoting) you need to understand the difference between the "free press" and "opinion-based news"... those like, CNN and Breitbart for example.. |

no i didn't, but if it wasn't pro or con why are people pissed at just the liberals...does that mean conservatives never manipulate the media or conservatives just don't recognize it when it happens to them ??? i did read what Tom wrote and i agree with his observations wholeheartedly...i have written similar concerning Russia's Bot attacks on social media, with their purposely false narratives directed towards either side, their intended goal being to create chaos, division and argument among ou citizens. my greatest concern is the presidents continuous assault to the freedom of the press...his labeling of any sort of dissent towards him or his policies as "Fake News" and his favoring those who only agree with him is a danger to democracy itself.. these actions are the first baby-steps toward authoritarian control that dictators possess, the only opinions allowed will be those sanctioned and approved by the government...editors and journalists will be jailed and assets seized, to silence dissent... personally, i think he has violated his oath of office with his rhetoric vs the free press...i don't think he'll succeed, but then again, i never dreamed he would be elected either... |

HA ![]() Propaganda is more than just dropping leaflets during wartime. Television, NEWS and videos are just a surface view of the real assault on our ability to know the truth. The 'Sheeple Factor' is much more than staged video and staged experts. There is a constant barrage of directed memes that influence how we think. It can be most easily seen in the strategies of long duration advertising. Advertising is most effective when it can cause you to want to 'buy' something you don't 'want to buy'. It sets up little tidbits of influence in your reasoning that allows that slogan, color, jingle or label to impact your decision making causing you to think you have to have that product. When these strategies are used in other ways, they can cause you to think the way they want you to think. Then, they have the ability to cause you to raise your children a certain way, behave at work a certain way, vote a certain way, value things a certain way. All with the goal of directing the public to think and feel the way they want, to benefit their agenda. The conditioning is so deeply set in people's reasoning that not only do they fail to see it, they will fight the idea that it happens. The transition to individualism over unity is a strategy of power. This is because societies that are no longer unified are easier to control. They want people arguing about Trump. They want people arguing about gun control, abortion, foreign policy, whatever... It breaks the societal unity and allow them to have more power over the masses. People are waking up to these strategies but not enough to do anything about it yet. But...Change is Coming. |

The election last week of Imran Khan as Pakistan's new prime minister is the latest political upset to rock 'the establishment' across many countries in recent years. Derided as a 'populist', Khan leads a new movement that is socially conservative, economically 'leftist', and ultimately nationalist.
From Mexico's AMLO to Malaysia's Mahathir, 'Trumps' are coming to power all over the world. Whatever their political background, the one thing they have in common is an essential patriotism that runs counter to the pro-Western, pro-Globalist 'open borders' regime that has ruled most countries since WW2. This week on NewsReal, Joe & Niall discuss why the Western media routinely compares these diverse new political leaders with US president Donald Trump. Live audio broadcast from 12-1:30pm EST / 6-7:30pm CET. http://www.sott.net/article/392255-NewsReal-Economic-Nationalism-Spreads-as-Pakistan-Elects-Its-Trump |

When one of the 'space shuttle' crew was working outside, he mentioned seeing a 'bogey' nearby, and control said they see it too, but nothing more was said. When a very long thin 'tether' (aerial) was deployed in space, dozens of 'things' - light dots, came around near it, and the on board camera didn't know where to look not to see any. The truth might be out there, but we probably will never know unless we go ourselves. ![]() ![]() Looks like a lens flare to me? There's also other UFOs (Unidentified Floating Objects) in that picture (at the bottom there is a saucer firing photon torpedoes at the station and at the lower upper solar sail there is two energy beams heading towards the station, not to mention the entire upper part of the station has just recently been hit by an energy weapon). |

Choices- u r a huemahn r u naht? To you it may seem dumbest or dumber, but people choose to read, if they can read. What they want to read is another choice,.. But bitching about dumb or fake news, is as bad as trolling for responses from other bored gullible lurkers, or other trolls whom are also bored. I r naht bored, rather my neighbor ish having a party and keeping the neighborhood awake, The police have been by twice, and now someone either set off fireworks or drove by shooting their guns. |
