Okay well getting back on topic anyway, I have no problem with the term "Happy Holidays" being used in public areas and on signage that is in stores that have patrons who may be of any number of faiths at this time of year. The Winter season is a period of time where there are several different celebrations taking place aside from and distinct of Christmas which is only the Christian observance of their own holiday. In your home, on your private property, I could not give a rat's ass if you want to write "Merry Christmas" on every square inch of exposed terrain. That is your right. Do you like Monster trucks? |

i had pics of my car in my computer <my last computer> as of 2 weeks ago . my computer crashed dont think i got them saved on my disc... about to sell my car in the spring... cause i need the money to live on now really sucks my dream car only thing i ever got exactally what i wanted and better  but life goes on right? one day ill have another dream that hopefully i can acheive... but it would blow your truck away lol its a corvette wanna buy it?
oh.....well.....in that case....I get to pick the track.....any road in my town right now.....there is slush and ice on the ground....HA HA HA HA HA.....lol |

well i wasnt talking bout my saturn lol you did say YOUR car.... I am pretty confident in my truck....it does take off slower then I would like....but it does weigh over 4,000 lbs....but after the take off that ol' boy moves and it moves fast....fuel injected 5.0, regular 108 octane fuel......lol |

Yeah, I am being a stubborn a$$hole on here because this is not what I posted the thread for...everyone wanted to attempt to make my opinion look wrong....I did not post this to hear opposing opinions.....it was for those with similar beliefs to post in....always has to be someone come in and put in their unwanted 2 cents I know these things.....as I said....it is just another one of those things that has no end to the argument...... yeah....whatever.......for the most part, I respect other people boundries.......and their beliefs..... But I think it is BULLS*IT, when stores feel the need to cater to UNAMERICAN WAYS IN AMERICA.... Screw the "happy holidays" crap.... It was founded as CHRISTMAS....not HOLIDAY. other cultures may believe in something other then CHRISTMAS....but IN AMERICA WE HAVE CHRISTMAS... if you live in America....you should respect the culture of OUR ways....as americans should do in other countries.... With that being said.... 
MERRY CHRISTMAS.....And a HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I see it this way. If a store feels the need to be objective and cover all holidays with "Happy Holidays" so be it. That's there way of making everyone happy. but when I say it back I can say whatever I please. And I do. ((((((((((((((( MERRY CHRISTMAS )))))))))))))) it is. What I think's funny .. you go into stores pushing for sales and putting up Christmas decorations to get people in the spirit .. and what is playin over head? You got it ........ CHRISTMAS CAROLS  and no one can take the lyrics out of those. Just try. 
I think the whole big deal is ridiculous. Everybody wants to celebrate their happy days 
I guess I am just causing some EDGY trouble over here, and saying whatever to make people go flying off the handle.....this is the longest thread I have had yet, since I joined this site.....LOL So, how ya doin fade? I'm fine. I think the whole deal on these petty problems with holidays is silly. It's been this way for 200 some years and suddenly everyone and his brother has a problem with it. When a merchant wants my $$ they push whatever will get me in the mood to spend it .. so my take is when I spend same said $$ I can say whatever I damn well please ..
It's just ridiculous that suddenly there is this big todo about it .. *sigh* scam dippy....lol
