If you don't clear the 'view' list then the amount of views won't repeat the profile that viewed you, but it does update the time you viewed it (18 minutes ago, etc). I clear mine about every hour so I see the repeat guys that perv my profile. I get some that view me 5 times a day.  Either I am not their type but they consider my profile like a car accident: they don't want to look but they do any way -- OR -- they aren't serious about contacting me, meeting me or dating me. They just want to perv my profile. Who knows?
I contact a guy on the spot if I view it and like! I always write unless he has email filters that are outside of my criteria; in that case, I send a nudge! If he doesn't reply then I dimiss him as not interested and I don't view his profile again. I move on .....

I dunno. I guess it depends. I always delete my views. So new views show up. But that wasn't the question!
