Isn't earned.
Seems to be more like a reward for having kids. I think it's bassakwards thinking. Why not reward folks for not having more than they can afford. If there was a tax on child birth, we might see a reduction of the explosion. Pre-paid, of course. I would exempt those kids already here. What are ya'lls thoughts? |

The overpopulation. Too many people dependent on limited resources. The reward should be given to folks who choose not to overpopulate. |

Aren't less children being born in the United States now then the 1950's and earlier? Families were previously larger then they are now. |

It seems like there's 2.5 kids to every family now whereas there used to be 5 or more kids in each family. That's why there's less people putting into FICA now then before. |

Well in about 20 yrs there will be a bunch of kids out working to help me get my social security check, and my medicaid.
