Starting to Finish Things

At this point,
Even the truth is meaningless. I have to turn my head again, Because the thought of you, Now, Makes me cringe in this cage. It's so unfair to you; You have no control, And I with so little; I think it's actually jealousy... You look so set, Partaking in conversation, With those you are friend to, And the one kissing you goodbye. I'll just put on some glasses, Walk this way, Look at you as if you're finally comfortable, Get some extra sun, Take these drugs, Understand it all like this, "And yes, the third item is free ma'am." What is it going to take, For me to look through this mountain? What book, What therapist, What God, Teaches us how to un-instinctualize? I know, Actually, This makes us our own, But right now, And some other times, I hate my cards. So, I'm at the point where, You would hear me chatter. Speak of places I'd rather be, And say, "I'm going away" To find myself; Fix what hasn't been in whole... But I've tried that, The justification process, And it's over; The time has expired. I've confessed... What now? |

Guys last name whether you like it or not. I believe in traditional ways
of doing things, and heck, my last name is Loudermilk. Do I really like it? No, but I WANT my wife to take my last name. To me, it shows respect. |

Funny thing is, I've got that comment too. Being too much of a nice guy
has its setbacks...girls are attracted to guys that aren't like one of the girls. I've found that the guy that MOST girls are looking for is a guy who is rough, and hard-edged, and "manly" to the eye, and IS soft on the inside, but doesn't know it. It's kind of a breaking point when he meets her... |

Three three-word phrases that connect.
"I'm so done!" "Take it out" "I'd rather myself" |

Okay, who here is NOT afraid of saying that physical attraction IS a
part of finding someone you wish to be close to? I mean come on, there are enough people in this world that EVERYONE has a good handful of others that will love their EVERY aspect; I think our focus is just in the wrong place. One thing I've noticed that has made this whole topic easier for me, is to consider how people look, rather than what they look like. How that person makes you feel when they smile, get frustrated, cry, eat food, sleep, and not be so caught up in, "is this guy/girl making me horney?" Really where all of this ties in is confidence levels. People NATURALLY look more physically attractive when they are confident in themselves; there's more glow. Geez, be yourself, love life, and don't expect people to like you. Be thankful for those out there you know do, because they ARE out there, and they are hard for EVERYONE to find. Much love to all those feeling unloved. |

VaTech: Cowards and Killings

I'm with killxherxoff on this one. There's a bunch anyone COULD have
done, of course, but all-in-all, who wants to put their life at risk? I was going over this exact thing in my head today. "If I was there, would I have the balls to take this guy, even if it meant being shot?" I can only, humanely answer, yes I would have enough balls to WANT to. Moving the body in such a stressful situation is another story however. You have to act at just the right moment, and in the right spot too. I mean, most of the shootings were probably taken place in areas where it was nearly impossible to bum rush the guy. Guns stop people quicker than people stop guns. Selfish cowards? I think not so much. Most scared to death. You can't tell me your so hard that you would not be affected by a gun MikeMontana. |
