thats no good for your body, because on the days you dont eat your body goes into starvation mode and when you eat, it stores every last bit as fat because you body thinks it will be getting starved again. how about this one? eat healthy and normal and work out, it may be foriegn to people but it works This is true. Just eat better and know when to stop i think i got something right lol i was 350lbs two years ago, now im at 185 with a pretty solid 8 pack (maybe its from training 8 hours a day but i think eating good helps too! lol why the yawn mirror? |
