Wrong. The Speaker of the House, is not in the chain of command, has no authority to federalize National Guard soldiers. I know this because I was in the US military for over 24 years. Firing all the officers who had anything to do with investigations into Jan-6 crimes is not "making the FBI fair and competent." I'm watching the Forex market today, and see the US Dollar exploding in price. While it may sound nice to Americans to have a "strong dollar," it only means that the dollar is more expensive than it used to be, so the US will be a worse place to do business. People will lose jobs over this mess. Not to mention how much these tariffs make our economic partner nations angry. Maybe Tim, or someone else in Canada can confirm what Canadians think about buying US products, but I'm hearing on news reports that some Canadians are confronting shoppers they see buying them.
