Guess I waited too lomg to come looking for that special person.
The replies I`ve gotten here are from much older men, who seem like they never took care of themselves....Like the longer beards, Sloching figure, & really large pics of dogs or fish in their photos. I reminds me of a grandfather type. I still need someone vibrant, & wanting a relationship with someone who still wants love & companionship.

I had to raise my kids on my own from 2 ex`s that didn`t contribute anything. One was extreemly abusive, then got shot in a triple murdure.
The other created a situation of me helping to raise his 4 kids financially, then got someone pregnant, & left me with nothing, after I wrote out a check for his ex for $3500 back child support. So, at 45, I had to start over from scratch. I had no time for dating.

Even though it is late, I an still hoping I can find a decent man that wants what I want.

Too many people use that word loosely. Why does everyone think of that label, that is only a "catch phrase", used too much. Does anyone think about that? You can`t look for it. You can`t have it come to you.
It too complex, & but it`s not for someone who loves deeply. Only they know what a SOULMATE is. Sometimes it takes years to find it out, sometimes you know that you know what someone can mean by it.
But most of the time, it stems from love, not just like someone. It is a very deep thing, Its a feeling, that isn`t tangible, not explainable. But only that particular couple know what they have. It`s the ultimate FEELING of the deepest of loving someone. You can`t share that with others when you feel it. They wouldn`t understand it. But they may see it in your eyes, or your attitude. Sometimes, it lasts a lifetime, sometimes not. Sometimes you think it is real, & it`s not, & then you find someone else, & you just know the difference.
I knew that kind of love....it happened to me. I lost him, out of doing the right thing for all the wrong reasons.(I sent him away, to have him die in an avalanche). One great love. Now I am 83. Will I ever find that again. I `ve been single for 30 yrs, & keep looking.

& I see where the staff posted that I`m looking for an intimate encounter. I am not. I don`t know how to change this. THAT is the last thing I want for an 82 yr old woman!!! Anyone got any ideas. I can`t seem to get a response to get this changed. Kittfur

How do I correct any wording or update my profile??? -when I see nothing that pertains to that, so I can do so. (Is this a one time thing, with a mistake or update , add to something or what?)
I feel bad that there isn`t a tab to easily do that or that I have to put this in a forum instead of getting some help like all the other sites. THANKS, kittyfur

I can`t see why the whole page is so blury so someone can`t see who they are looking at, WHY IS EVERYTHING SO BIG...or is it just me.
This is not my computer making it this way, but the MINGLE technical problem. Can you correct this????? Thanks,
