My daughter graduated in June. This summer we have been getting ready for a different first day - she leaves Tuesday for Parris Island, SC. She will be there for 3 months - USMC boot camp. This is a bad time to go there. The hottest part of the summer is coming and the mosquitoes down there are the size of a small jet and just about as fast. I wish her well and good luck 
Thank you! Her friend graduated from boot camp there in June and was telling us about the sand fleas that will be back as soon as the heat dies down.  Sorry! Really off- topic now.

Ummmmm............What do you do for a living?........and Where are you living? Those are two things that, if you are handling them well enough, show you are ready for more in life. Maybe to a superficial person it would. What if I am a ditch digger who enjoys that kind of work, and I pay my own rent at my own apartment or house? Might not be glamorous, but I work and provide. Chick can't appreciate me for me, then see ya! I didn't say anything about glamorous and sounds as if you can provide. What if there is NO job and you are living at home with your parents still? |
