seriously......i keep fidgeting....and i just started doing this a little bit ago get on the treadmill and start running everytime you get that urge. It worked for me the first 6 times I quit the first six times? lol.....something tells me it didnt work good enough.....
yeah, i know how that goes.....i've quit a couple times already......lasted 6 months once, then i decided to have one while i was drinking and next thing you know i'm buying a pack |

hang in there. I smoled for 13 years and actually used a straw cut to the same length as a cigeratte. It helped me for those times that it seemed I would explode. Good Luck and keep it up you can do it. 
i'm actually kinda doing it by accident. i smoked the last one out of my pack at noon and i've been busy enough all day where i just didn't even think about it and about 20 seconds ago i realized i haven't had one in forever so i just decided to give quitting a try cause i don't feel like going to the store. lol |
