No woman needs to wait for a man to make up his mind. If he's dragging his feet and hedging his bets, she should come straight out and ask him, "Do you want to get married?" If he says yes, they move on with their lives together. If he says no - or refuses to give a straight answer - she moves on to find the right person. No sense in dithering about when one partner knows what she wants and the other has no idea.

Seems to me that OP is just blowing off steam. Nothing wrong with that, we all do it from time to time...
