this site really isn't for dating, nobody on here really dates. upon occassion you have the one odd couple that gets together but for the most part we've all accepted we're not dating on here

Ummm... I've not accepted that NOT yet anyway!

its like women who watch soap operas(sp.) lol
guess thats best way i discribe the need to watch sports

This is a good point.. but I myself (being a woman), can't imagine sitting around watching unrealistic drama all hrs. of the afternoon. I can do it once in a great while (maybe one soap) but one after another.. never!

I do this myself but only with soccer and I always make sure that I'm watching it with other people who are the same. I would rather miss a game than have somebody sitting next to me who was not interested in it because its just a huge distraction and you need to concentrate on whats happening in the game. I usually only watch 2 games per week which is only about 4 hours, I wouldn't have any interest in watching a game that doesn't involve the team I support.

I love soccer, when my youngest daughter (soon to be 11) is playing. She's been playing for 2 yrs., once we found out that she is a natural soccer player and is so dedicated to the sport; she plays indoor soccer during off season and outdoor during spring and fall. She went to tournament once again this past season (indoor); she and her team mates ended up winning the championship. Go BABY GIRL flowerforyou However, I don't watch soccer on tv, but when she's playing, I think people focus more on me pacing and yelling on the side-lines, than they are concerned about what their child/team mates are doing huh WoooHoooo.. her outdoor soccer season starts in a week.. Ohhh, how I feel for the people surrounding me laugh

FOOTBALL... GO COLTS drinker

I tend to forget that there are others around me and life is still moving forward when the Colts are playing laugh
The only time someone can experience me sitting for (almost) 3 hrs. straight, is when I'm watching the Colts play!!

So, I guess I understand the guys... unless of course they do this with every sport imaginable (then there's an issue). grumble

So how many people in here are still good friends with their ex... i know with me i have not had a lot of g/f's and was engaged once, but i am still pretty good friends with most, except for 1, who broke up with me by leaving a message on my answering machine saying she had been cheating on me for 2 months, and never wanted to see me again.

I'm good friends w/ my ex-husband (father of my girls) & his g/f. Took a lot of work after our divorce to get to this point.. we didn't have the greatest relationship (ever).. but we've always managed to be good friends before and a few yrs. after our divorce! No since in hating those who simply aren't meant for you.. you can only do your best to be civil (being the better person) and show respect and consideration to what is most important (children & individual happiness)
