I've lived in my apt building for 7 months. My downstairs neighbors is, for lack of a better word, beautiful. We keep very different schedules and pass rarely by each other- always saying "hi there, how goes it?". Needless to say, since I don't seem him often I wonder if anyone has any intriguing ways to lure him into my cage

All valid points. Except for the rash thing. I'm pretty sure telling her that would definitely turn her off. Those beers by the way were my winnings from a beer pong game. I didn't have to pay for them so i wasn't complaining. if a chick leaves because you have a festering, boil covered, pus ridden rash on your neck, then who needs'um anyway
