I'm really getting tired of people posting 20 or so poems a day. Poetry should be part of you, not just words strung together on a whim and thrown out for everyone to see.

People with their main pictures as sunsets, landscapes, or other useless drivel is annoying too. It'd be amusing at times to see a funny picture, like a guy f'in a sheep next to a cliff or a drunk tagged with magic markers and dressed up in women's clothing.

And this whole rate my profile thing is just getting way outta hand. Look, you want someone to look at your profile and say nice things, well, of course they are. Not like someone's gonna say, "Wow, you're so not dateable, you're rather boring, and your mother dresses you funny." I'd rather jump onto a pile of thumb tacks and then jump into a pool filled with rubbing alcohol than look at another "Rate my profile" thread.

Anyway, I'm gonna go have a beer and ponder life, the universe and everything. And see if I can make the number 42 make sense.

Venting complete and I feel much better.

Peace

to me, it's kinda like reading a FWD FWD FWD email... what with the ribbon and all the song lyrics and the funny picture of the lucky kitten... the info about you is good, it's just that after that, it seems like a lot of scrolling to get past stuff I don't feel like taking the time to read.

I put the ribbon up there for my daughter because she was diagnosed with cancer last fall

I only have a poem there and one song lyric

Take them off, huh?

I'm so sorry about your daughter. I hope she is doing well. The poem seems to be a tribute to your personality and something you hold close to your heart. If it is special to you I say keep it. After all....it is YOUR profile.

Just be patient and stand your ground. Be consistant with your punishment promises. He is either testing you to see what he can and can't get away with....or he simply dosen't feel well. I know that when my 3 year old gets unusually whiney she is usually sleepy or dosen't feel well. And if it's just an attitude problem...then a quick butt busting won't hurt him and it will let him know that enough is enough. Good Luck!!happy

I dont know if you can stop her from claiming your little girl every year....but in most states you can right off every bit of child support including child care. Just keep ALL of your reciepts. That's usually how it works in Texas anyway. I think you should see a lawyer. Good luck.

A friend of mine lost her son in a terrible accident almost 20 years ago. She told me one day that her heart still aches every single day. But that through the love of her family, friends, and throught the strength of God she has found peace. So, I feel like it's okay for you to still hurt....look to your closest friends and family for the strength and support you need to make it thought each day. I don't know if you believe in God, but I do and I will pray for peace for you. I hope you find it.

Well I finally found a pulminologist and she is going to test him for cystic fibrosis. frown

That was why I asked how his weight and bowel movements were. I hope it's not CF....but that was what I thought it was. My nephew presented alot of the same symptoms before he was diagnosed. A quick sweat test should do the trick. Good luck.

How old is he??huh what are the symptoms?huh

He is almost 10 months old. He is coughing, and lots of weezing in his chest. Only sleeping about 5 hours a night, and very fussy. Forgot to mention his low grade fever.

How is his weight? Does he seem to poop more than normal? I would ask your Dr. for a referrall to a specialist or simply take him to a Children's Hospital ER. Obviously what his Dr. has done isn't working...do your own research and push your opinion on the DR. Remember, nobody knows what's going on better than you.
