My Mom just cussed me out

 I had a Gardening Gourmet Gift Basket delivered to my Mom today for Mom's Day and she just called me to cuss me out for spending money on her.
I kept it practical with a gardening tote complete with tools, gloves, and a few goodies to enjoy. Dried fruit, dipping sauce and pretzels and hand lotion for a bit of pampering after spending time in the garden....and she cussed me out!
I finally told her to enjoy and zippit. Does anyone have to go through this rigor with thier Mom? She makes me fel quilty for spoiling her...  But she loves it!
I wish my mother was alive to cuss me out, I miss her |

I have to add, that if you only go to the Michigan chat, you have limited your field. Other Michigan men/women play in the other forum places, such as General, S&D, Relationships, etc, etc. Go into them and post, so others can see if you are funny, boring, mad at the world, happy, whatever you are. Then that kind of person will draw toward you. Us Michiganders are a tough bunch, so get out there and post. If it doesn't work it won't be from lack of trying. Mingle2 only sucks when it doesn't work. There are some people that have made it work. The last I checked it was only 2 couples. Dis-regard that last paragraph.

I am not crazy about Mingle 2. I have been a member for more then 2 years. I have posted in the forums and I have made only one friend who I will never meet in person as she lives in Canada and I live in MI. I have not had one date. I am a very quiet person. I have written back and forth with a few lady's. Is it me or what?

I am not so good I have met one lady through this forum and I wrote her Saturday. I think she is out of town because she always answers me. No answer yet I guess I have to go it alone, it will take some time. |

Sorry to hear you are feeling lonely kiteman. I'm out here in the Pacific Ocean and no relatives for lots of miles. There are times when it just does not seem real, like the years have slipped away and you think to yourself, "this can't be my life". Sometimes we just have to make the effort to get out there, see and be seen. Easter Sunday, I had the pleasure of getting together with a few people for a brunch....what an odd assortment we were and yet it was like being with your family.....perhaps better, because sometimes family feel as if they can critique you and friends just wish you well! Hope you find people to be with! Message me to hear about a possible organization that might help. HERE'S TO DAYS FILLED WITH HOPE AND BETTER TIMES!! At least you know some nice people. I have no one to talk to or be with. I do need help but I sold my car so all I do is sit at my computer all day long |
