I feel your pain LITERALLY... i had this in BOTH shoulders(and the rt shoulder done TWICE)...... was QUITE painful... and the PT was no beter... after 5/6 years.. i have almost all the movement back..... glad to hear you are better. (PLUS) i have carpal tunnel in both operated on at the same time as my shoulders... I was a WRECK) lol
