I wouldn't tell them.....let em enjoy the innocense of childhood....cause when it is gone....it is gone forever. Yes, life does indeed suck..........the kids will figure it out in thier own time.....just like the rest of us. Well of course, I would not tell a child that, but as they get into the early 20's it can get a little rough, even before that, you know, the shaky years...well I wouldn't want to ruin a kids view of the world, but you get my drift. ??????.............20!!!! That ain't no kid...that's a full grown adult who needs to open thier eyes. I thought you meant like an actual kid...3-12 years old Yes, I know...my son tells me all the time, I'm a man now..he lives with his dad, not me, has since he was in 1st grade, but sometimes I wonder what he thinks of this crazy nutty world, but when he was younger I would wonder about this. |

Mine is four and been asking questions.This worries more than death.After my wreck i have accepted death to come my way.Just worries about him sometime might lead to mine.Stress SUCKS I know, stress does suck, I think more so when you are young, there is so much pressure in the world, I think the answer is maybe more education of the mind, does anyone else agree? Or finding something you love to do, then doing it. I guess just like all of us, we made it, here we are talking about it, yet we all seem to be doing just fine, I worry about my son all the time and he is 19 now, and he will survive just like me, and maybe do alot better than me.. |

wondered when is a good time to tell your kids that life can suck sometimes? Do you think they know it? If you never actually say it, do you think they think you are stupid for not telling them and letting them think that you think life is honky dorey? I have often wondered this, is this strange? Or are there people out there, that wear rose colored glasses? I mean, at some point, life does suck, right? for everyone? and everyone at one point or another and maybe more, thinks life does stink? am I right or wrong?
