just keep moving, your still young & have your dreams to look forward
to. i know some people don't like to do meds. but i feel that if it
helps ....i find i can do more of the things that need to be done around
the house so i'm not dependent on someone. I love the outdoors so its
easy for me to get out & walk, the cold puts a damper on things but hey
got to deal with it. I was told not to get too cold as that don't help
either, so if your moving around you get exercise & heat at the same
time!!

Hey ManDii; Hope ur feeling better. I just had back surgery 2 monthes
ago, had 4 screws &2 rods put in along with a cage. I feel the drs here
in Toledo are the best around here & i'm in good hands. The things that
help me are vicodin ES & zanaflex along with alot of walking. the thing
with me is to keep moving, if i set for too long i get tied up.lol
