I generally ask questions. Pick something they mentioned they had an interest in and ask something that I may be curious about. Or if all else fails... ask his opinion on politics. That's bound to get all sorts of conversation out of them.

I think Martin Luther King Jr. children seem to keep their father's legacy alive. I like reading their novels or watch them on televisions when they occassionally come on.

Good point. I agree they have done very well in keeping with his 'dream.'

Let's see I was my daughter's age (almost 7) and living in Puerto Rico where it was most likely hot as hell. Hail? I had NO idea what that was until after the age of 20 that I saw it here in Florida. You are alone on that one lol

At the moment I can only think as Queen Elizabeth, daughter of Henry VIII as an exception. She didn't ruin his actually she overshadowed him. That's the best sort to me.

I love Greek mythology. Funny how peace reigned before Cronus had children... mainly Zeus who overthrew him and brought about the God and Goddess of War. Ancient paganism is fascinating.

I agree. Shame on Zeus right!

Your progeny always has a way to ruin your legacy. LOL
