I wouldn't drop a guy because he is busy. I lead a busy life too. I think quality matters more than quantity and as long as he makes SOME time for me during the week (be it only one day), I would be happy. Unless you move in together you can't expect people to stop taking care of their business.
1 carat or 2.!!! lol

Not picky as long as the sentiment behind it is genuine.

She said she did but then i got back home one day after a 18 hour day at work and found a box of ever thing i had given her sitting next to my pc

It does not sound like you've had much luck in the understanding department. Perhaps to the current female you can suggest cuddling instead of something like TV watching that puts an already sleepy person down.

Depends. Are we talking about the ones that suck blood or emotional vampires? Ya know.. a person that walks into a room and all of a sudden you need a nap, or feel like jumping out the window... Hanging yourself from a beam.. Anything. Anything at all to make them go away...

I can relate to this one. Encountered many emotional vampires in my lifetime. They suck all the positive energy out of you.

I feel the same way. My daughter is with her dad away and I am home alone. Feel very depressed without my midget running around making me watch Christmas cartoons. But she will return in a few days and everything will be back to normal.

I'm sure she will miss you too, don't worry, you'll make it:wink:

thanks

I know understand this Christmas is not a memeral one for me.My father passes away on Dec. 6th. I got a speeding ticket on my way home to lay him to rest. I shelled out $350.00 and now I have no money for gifts. I can't even afford christmas cards to send out. Luckally I have food. I want this Holiday season to be over, the memory of my father's passing, and my lonelyness to disappear quickly. I do feel the say way, a pitty party is needed and maybe the all the feelings will finally go away.

I'm sorry for you loss. I hope the new year opens all the doors of opportunity for you and the Divine grant you the courage to walk through them. Brightest blessings.

I've had a few of these terrible encounters. More recently an ex-boyfriend found me online. Someone I dated over 10 years ago. He sent me all his pictures just as I remember him. He saw all my recent pics. Obviously I changed quite a bit since I was 18 but the physical change was little. I matured a great deal since then and unfortunately he acted like a child in public and was the complete opposite of all the photos he told me were a month old. His butt was 3x bigger than mine! LOL Utterly disappointing and I was a little annoyed that he went to the trouble to lie and send me pics that were obviously 10 years old. Why lie? You start anything bad from the getgo that way. Honesty is attractive.

very true./ in my experience its useally women that have a hard time saying sorry when theyve offended men, Most men of this generation walk around with a placard on saying sorry for breathing.

I agree with you. I've encountered WAY TOO MANY men that apologize for everything and have a very hard time just being themselves. How about we accept each other as we are and admit mistakes. It's the only way to really learn from them.

I think in general when it comes to 'political correctness' just stop being so damn sensitive. If we are truly in a free country with freedom of expression and if Santa wants to say 'ho, ho, ho' then do it. Christian wants to put a nativity scene by their business go ahead. Jew wants to light a menorah you have green lights and if a pagan wants to put up a pentagram more power to you. What freedom are we fighting for if we aren't free to express ourselves.

Sibling rivalry happens. Take a breath and relax. They will grow out of it but not anytime soon and you might as well just take it easy and let life unfold as it will. Helmets are a good idea though

Captain, a woman that is still brooding over her last relationship isn't ready to move on. If you catch the signs early on be good to yourself and move on before you get attached. In the long run, amor, you have to do right by you. Someone worthwhile will come along without baggage.
