i'm no master at the art of the dual boot, but i've done it enough times, successfully, AND otherwise... to know it's the better way of doing it.

a lot of ppl do that in fear that otherwise they may accidecntly format the wront disk or something...

try leaving both drives plugged in, but use a boot loader... linux usually has some built into the disks it'll install


...that's the easiest way to do it really, i've done it easy like that, and i've modded hardware switches, but THAT'S the easy way
