Ok, so whats with the daughters getting their father drunk and having sex with him? Will I find out more about this later, or was it cool for woman to sleep with their fathers back then? Genesis 19:30-38 30-38 See the peril of security. Lot, who kept chaste in Sodom, and was a mourner for the wickedness of the place, and a witness against it, when in the mountain, alone, and, as he thought, out of the way of temptation, is shamefully overtaken. Let him that thinks he stands high, and stands firm, take heed lest he fall. See the peril of drunkenness; it is not only a great sin itself, but lets in many sins, which bring a lasting wound and dishonour. Many a man does that, when he is drunk, which, when he is sober, he could not think of without horror. See also the peril of temptation, even from relations and friends, whom we love and esteem, and expect kindness from. We must dread a snare, wherever we are, and be always upon our guard. No excuse can be made for the daughters, nor for Lot. Scarcely any account can be given of the affair but this, The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? From the silence of the Scripture concerning Lot henceforward, learn that drunkenness, as it makes men forgetful, so it makes them to be forgotten. thanks brother ,i will only add this that God is a God of one programme, Gen 12:1-4 it was abraham God called meaning God's programme was with Abraham and not Lot but lot but because lot joined him, he also became partaker with abraham in the jorney to canaan according to God's programme for them(because he departed with abraham) and not sodom . GEN 13:1-5 When he was with abraham God bless him also as HE blessed abraham (lession once you attach yourself to God's programme, HE will be programming your life too). GEN 13:10-12 But it was sad that because of wealth Lot forgot they mission, the reason why they left Haran, he choose where to stay considering his wealth not God's programme again. Gen 13:13 Instead of staying with the man with-God's-programme(if you noticed God keep metioning abraham not anybody esle) he now dwelled with sinner where God was not. Gen18:17 ; Gen 19:29 God didn't saved Lot because of what he was but because of abraham . Now when God had saved him he supposed to went back to abraham instead of dwelling in zoar where God is not present. |

I don't want to know about others because it seems things are getting worst in relationship, I mean in all relationship.... Do you even have any clue what you really want in life? all i want to have relationship .To live everyday, to share everything, do whatever we like and finally grow old and die. so, do you truly believe that death is the end of your existence?  Yes it is end of journey  . when we die there is nothing more. We vanishjust believe me after death there is life ,no one shall vanish tell me what happens after death where we go? well, we are not off topic because loveboatexpress create this thread for help though on other issue yet she brought this issue of vanishing after death..... I really didn't have any expectations when I joined this site...but I found many valuable friends! so no mission and no dissapointment Oh no, no appointment's at all. I have been here 3 yrs now...and have met people from all over the world...some I've met in person...others I'll meet soon I hope. I like to think of Mingle as a social site, not a dating site..I have never dated anyone from here..but I look forward everyday to visiting with my friends and playing around on the forums. you have to come and meet me too.....in nigeria...ahaha HA HA....just a little out of my budget! whaooo.....
