In my case, there is no second chance to give on someone who has betrayed you and humiliated you. I learned the lesson the hard way and I realized that we need to be firm in our decision. If someone is trying to get back to you and you see that there's no change in him, I think you have to hold back that little love and respect you have and try to focus on loving yourself more. You can't help a person who cannot help himself. No matter how often you show your love and concern for him, it won't matter to him. So, second chance for me is a big NO.

Never stick with a woman who can not love you back because you are just wasting your time. And lastly, be firm when you decide on something. Be blunt if you have to ask.
