how often do you check out people's profiles? I often have the urge to check out people who are totally inappropriate for a date. I know that it will not offend anybody, yet, in the back of my mind, I have the fear that some 30-something cutie-pie is going to be thinking, "Why is this dirty old man checking me out? What is he thinking"? Is this fear unique to me?

I met this chameleon, so sweet her tounge of lies,
so giving with everything she had, she was never down or sad.
I gave her everything I had, with all that implies..
She was my light, my soul-mate,to finally be at my side.
Then I found out, she had way to many things to hide.
Now we're apart, as I carry what's lift of my heart.

I must admit that i was taken aback to find someone out here who could actually be really creative in English and still make sense!
Your poem was very thought provoking. It made me realize that although our lives and the way we behave is in our hands, sometimes its just the opposite and we rather seem to be controlled by our moods and things that happen around that affect us.
Unfortunately, people seem to care more about what other people think about them and so are in a constant state of doubt. Little do they realize that a strong character is actually the pioneer who does it all differently.
Like you. Thanks for the great poem. And Id be happy if I knew your name, miss.

you may have reasons
to see what has been ahead
as feeling lost in your own
little soul
as a new day may arise
but yet you have time
to blend in with loved
ones that wish to be near
but yet there may had been changes
when another comes your way
to make you feel negative
when it was not to had even been
so you quickly change
for your ownself and not others
to make them feel hey i can change her/him
thats not the story that shall be told
you choose of who you are
and not others that tend to change
your true way

I hate old people at weddings always pokin me and sayin "You're next." So, I started doing the same thing to them at funerals.
