I'm sorry Lynann, I didn't realize it was a center road reflector. And yes it should have been covered by the state. The next time I call on an ODOT (Ohio Department of Transportation) customer I will ask them about this. Tomorrow, as a matter of fact.

I see crews removing (before repaving), and installing (after repaving) these reflectors all the time and they are not state workers. Maybe Holden should've sued them instead.

I live 11 miles from Fayetteville and have driven down half of 286's 15 mile total length. Some of the roads are very narrow around here, but I have never seen road reflectors placed in the pavement. Since his claim was turned down, it makes me think he might have taken an off-road excursion.

How thin are the roads around here? In the last 3 years I've seen 4 tractors/trailers, 2 box trucks and 2 cars roll off the side of road. All within 1 mile of me on the state route I live on.

The last one happened last week right across the road from me. What was he carrying?

I went to the doctor a couple of years ago when I had one and they wanted to send me to an eye specialist that wanted a $5000 dollar deposit before they even looked at me. Why? Because I don't have insurance.

I don't do doctors anymore!

There isn't a vaccine for it yet. It's a new strain that has all three varients.

Isn't malpractice insurance one of the biggest expenses in todays medicine? If that would go away with public healthcare then I would be all for it.

I had a pain in my side when I was 28. I went to the doctor and he took an exray, told me I had a cracked rib and it would heal by itself. Total cost of the office visit was maybe $50. Last year a doctor wanted me to get chest exrays. I had to go to a hospital for the exrays and someone 200 miles away had to read them and get back to the doctor. Two office visits, exrays and reading them cost well over $360. For 2 exrays?

Something needs done and if the government wants to try, then I'm all for it.

Although I don't think I will ever go back to a doctor unless they take me on a stretcher. I'd rather live a short comfortable life than long one paying off stupid medical bills.

I quit over a year ago. I read a book called "The easy Way to Quit Smoking." Alan Carr says to not substitute anything for cigarettes and I agree. Just keep telling yourself that you are a non-smoker. If you ever have a cigarette again then you will have to start quitting all over. And it was not easy this time.
