It is a terribly sad thing and a damning way of life to live but what is even sadder is the fact that many people are able to change the nature of the depression through lifestyle changes. I did it and now that little pill that had control is left forgotten at the bottom of some drawer.

Yes, I am a nudist and I'm a little tired of being judged based on the misconceptions of others and what society says I should do in order to be "normal". If I wanted to be just like everyone else then I would choose to do that but I don't so I'm not... Doesn't mean I'm doing something wrong.

Just keep in mind that there can be comfort and rest had in the knowledge that there are 3 always with you... God, your son and yourself. What a trinity that is!! God knows your heart and Lil C is the reason for it but you are the tie that binds and keeps the trinity alive in this world. Draw strength and peace from that knowledge and let yourself rest
