Rooms didn't appear on apps

When I opened Rooms, it didn't always appear. On the first day I installed the app, I could open Rooms whenever, but it didn't show up everytime I opened it the following days. I tried to do something with wifi connection and phone, it didn't work. This is my 4th day using the app, still seeing nothing on Rooms menu.
