Yes but sometimes it not as easy as addressing them,"issue" everyone has different circumstances in life, so its hard to actually put yourself in anothers shoes until u have walked that mile in them.
For me i have 5 kids and i do know it would just devasate them, so for their sake i stay with my husband. are we happy, we are fine. does he know? nope. and thats ok too.
we are friends, share the most ultimate gift together. our children. so for some it might not be as easy to just deal with it, i believe what i am doing is sacrificing myself so they have a stable life.
