I've actually been a member since 01-09. I have just recently returned due to focusing on my kids. Its not easy being a single Dad. Anyway, I was gone for about a year but now I'm back in the dating world which I'm not really good at. Thought I would give the dating site a whirl..


I understand it must be hard, and dating is not easy either. I'm basically in the same situation but without the kids lol. Best of luck to you :)

I hate to sound so Naive. But i had asked a question on another post about rejection. And it just thru me back that a young 19 year old Caucasian Woman, said She hates when she gets rejected because of her race. *Pertaining to dating.* What am i missing? Why am i surprised at her statement?

Well for me it's more about physical health. I want someone who takes care of himself and strives to be as healthy and fit as he can as I do. I take care of my body, heigiene, and appearance. I also am intelligent and make smart choices. I just want someone compatible :)
