I'll try that. I told my friend and he is convinced that I'm doing drugs. I guess hydroxycut could be one, lol. The only side effect is horrible gas, and diarrhea.

That will help along with walking. Going to the gym would help too.
If you have a kitchen chair, do bends with it. Put your toes under your couch and do sit ups. Jump rope. You got any bricks? Lift bricks. Anything you can think of with weights and bends will help. Its not only in your tummy sweetie, you will loose all over. Arms, legs, everywhere. You have to tone it all up. :smile: flowerforyou Remember, you do have to eat!!

You can eat up to 4 oz of chicken, fish and Green beans are really good. No butter or salt. Portions are a real factor here if you are really serious.

I used to weigh almost 200 and now alot less. But, much older then you are too.


Well, I do walk a lot, plus I work and that includes a lot of lifting and walking, lol. I eat, but not much, I mostly just chew gum. The hydroxycut makes me feel full all the time, so that helps as well. Yesterday I had 2 peices of broccoli and a peice of chicken the size of a lighter, and I was fine. Today I had 3 peices of Broccoli and I'm fine. I'm bout to go on a walk, but I just woke up and took the pill recently, so I'm waiting for the surge of energy.

2 1/2 days ago I checked my weight, I was 223, tonight I checked myself out, (know that when I check it out, I'm naked, so my clothes dont add) and I now weigh 214, I thought the scale was broken, but I checked and checked, there is nothing wrong with it!!! I'm so proud of myself! WOOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know all the warnings, but I've gone soo long as a bigger girl, so the faster I lose weight, the better. lol.
