I can't decide between the upbeat
Life is a Highway-Tom Cochrane http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nCPbL4yA7ik The extremely dark Not Dark Yet-Bob Dylan http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ijiVYgvbP1M Or the endearingly sentimental guaranteed to make everyone smile and cry. The Kinks-Days http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h2svmUcsKeg |

It would have to be a celebration of my life, as in the parties of joy that explode in places like New Orleans. That would require a great MANY tunes.
I actually once compiled a LONG playlist. It was ALL the music that I loved most, that led my time here. There isn't enough space/time to list. Having worked w/ birth and death for years now, and having lost almost my entire family? I see death and birth to be one big revolving door. When you go through one, you come out another, a circle game. It seems that it is only hard on the ones left behind. If they celebrate, esp. w/ the music of ones life, they'll take it as best possible. I detest morbid funerals. Let's dance! |

I agree with your playlist idea as well as pretty much everything else in your post. |
