The thing is I see alot of people complaining (not saying you are nicennaughty) about how people should never ever judge a book by it's cover. You should always look at the inner beauty. You don't know what you could be missing... and so on and so on... However, I have yet to see them dating the ugliest person on the block cause she's got a great personality. ohwell

cheers! drinker

ugly, lazy eyed, or club footed is one thing...but a few tattoos? well, it's prolly for the best anyhow cuz the people that DO accept them are waaaaay more fun devil

I've done it, and you know what? I liked it.. so theresmokin

you dated a lazy eyed club footed gal? kudos! drinker

lol not quite that bad, but close and definitely fit her "ugliest person on the block" scenario, at least physically, turns out she was quite beautiful on the inside and we got along great, till I found out mommy still needed to cut the cord smokin

everyone has their attractions. Whether you think they are shallow or not, you won't just simply date whoever comes along. There has to be something that attracts you to them, physically. Otherwise everyone would just date anyone.

why would that be such a bad thing as long as people were smart about it?
Define "smart" about it... There is nothing wrong with looking for someone you are physically attracted to. As long as you realize that if all they have is the physical part working for them, it will never work out in the long run.

I never said there was anything wrong with it... I just don't think physiology being the primary attraction is healthy. If you find someone your attracted to on the inside, most of the time the outside appearance wont matter. Our society is ridiculous with it's ideals of attraction. Someone missed the class on beauty being within, not without.

Regardless of what people say...we all still have a tendency to "judge a book by it's cover"(to some degree)...even if we want to or not. I think it is a small part of the selection process! JMO

true, but if you base your decision on whether to get to know someone or not based on looks... what if they were the perfect person inside for you, but you missed out cause you thought you didn't like a tattoo or some other feature on their body?

The perfect man is gentle
Never cruel or mean
He has a beautiful smile
And keeps his face so clean.

The perfect man likes children
And will raise them by your side
He will be a good father
As well as a good husband to his bride.

The perfect man loves cooking
Cleaning and vacuuming too
He'll do anything in his power
To convey his feelings of love for you.

The perfect man is sweet
Writing poetry from your name
He's a best friend to your mother
And kisses away your pain.

He has never made you cry
Or hurt you In any way
Oh, screw this stupid poem
The perfect man is gay

Ok, we had some great rock guitarist mentioned in my previous post, Now this is a hard one. Only one choice can be given, out of all the rock drummers that you like you must select only one as your favorite of all. Mine is Neil Peart of RUSH.

Definitely a toss up of Neil Peart (Rush), Ted Kirkpatrick (Tourniquet) (I know, why is a witch listening to a christian band like Tourniquet? Have you heard this guy play!? Hory clap!) And Iced Earth's drummer (during the Something wicked days, dunno the name smokin )
