Hypothetical Question.

The " hypothetical " is no longer. Most of you may have guessed that I was referring to my own situation. Well...last night, I found my daughter after searching Facebook with no luck. I typed in a couple of other things, and found her MySpace profile. My girl friend thought that maybe it wouldn't be such a shock to be contacted by another woman rather than just have me suddenly pop up out of nowhere. So she messaged my daughter letting her know that I had been looking for her. My daughter replied to her tonight and after some questions and answers to prove that I am who I was telling her I am ( VERY smart woman ) I wound up talking to her for close to two hours through the IM feature on MySpace. 
The thing that I feared most was that she would want nothing to do with me. But it turns out that she had been wanting to contact me somehow, but wasn't sure if I would want her to because of the things she had been told over the last 8 years. This is, without a doubt, one of the best days of my entire life.

EVERY time my parents go on a vacation they go thru where all the important papers are, how they want their remains taken care of, ect. It is morbid but we do need to know. I work in healthcare and see people scrambling for what to do even on elderly people after they die. I am glad so much of the stress of planning is already taken care of. We know their wishes. I will be thankful to be able to just grieve when that time comes.
As horrible a thought as it all is- I strongly suggest everyone know they family's wishes. Life is unpredicitable |

I, personally, have not heard anything good about IUD's. I hope you can figure out whats going on soon. No matter what it is- just take a deep breath- YOU CAN HANDLE IT!! Best wishes with all you have going on!

Do you really want an honest opinion from a true English woman. Not that any of you americans really care. For a starters I was new last week and not one of you guys made me feel welcome, I used to believe that americans loved us Brits but I am beginging to feel that this is not the case. How are you going to make friends if none of you say hi to each other for a start and well not one of you really makes us feel any more welcome so ....we only let you have that goal to keep up our so called ally with you. lol I have said hi, been posting and well I give up with you americans in the way you are with us. Do I care...not really but just thought i would give you guys something to ponder with when people use this site. Friends.....? In my experience- people didnt really welcome me either. I would post and no one would respond to it. It took a little while before people warmed up to me I guess(patience!!) I dont think it has a thing to do with you being British. If you are around here enough, everyone is really great and YES they are FRIENDS! |

I get it all the time. I have bad allergies tho. I never used to. Everyone produce mucus daily- most of which is swallowed and you dont notice it. It is possible that it could be dry where you are and causes that mucus to thicken. Also its important to stay hydrated. I work in healthcare and it is amazing how many people think they dont have allergies. I believe everyone does. There are many irritants around us.JMO

Wouldn't It be great if all women would just learn to cook ? 
I mean how long is gonna take before women realize that the best and the surest way to man's heart is through his stomach "Real women don't cook" attitude that women have this days, just doesn't work pass the initial dating game. If you want a happy mate (boyfriend/husband) cook for him like no other woman ever cooked before...and he may stray for some "strange" now and then, but he will always come back to you.
