I've never been intimidated by anyone in cyber...I mean, c'mon, let's get real...it's ONLY the internet...but I can see how some might be intimidated with your words... I hope no offense is taken, but I will give you my gut feeling... You make no bones about the fact that you've pretty much given up finding a mate who can meet all your desires & expectations... An "average" person may look at it like you think you're "too good" for them... Whether it's your intention or not...that kind of attitude can be rather "off-putting"... Yes, I do think they give a xxxx!!! I know some of them. One friend of mine is a single parent on SSI with rheumatoid arthritis. She got the arthritis after she had children. She ended up in Section 8 housing and food stamps and still tired to work in spite of her condition. She cares a great deal! Two months ago she had her arm cut off because she got a skin eating disease. Now she can get Social Security.

Many people become low income AFTER they have children. A death of a spouse can do it, a car accident, a car accident, a loss of job, or an illness.

Btw, you can get those jeans at a second hand store. Platos is a good store for that. There's yard sales too. You don't even know if those jeans are old and she bought them when she had money and now she's fallen on hard times. They could have been a gift too.

Wish I had that to blame, but I was typing in Word Perfect at the time and it swooped in on me, same as the last time. It is an "antivirus" program and supposedly starts to scan your computer and it brings all that crap in behind it, ads for Viagra, erectile dysfunction, porn sites, just keeps piling them on the computer. Then you can't close it out to get rid of it as it locks the "purchase" page up on the screen and it trips your antivirus program and it goes nuts, so the computer totally locks up. I spent 3+ hours on the phone with Dell last night having them clean it out. (Will never own another Dell again, but that is beside the point.)

Guess I wouldn't mind taking some of the blame if I had ever visited one of those sites, but can't take the blame as I don't.
