Actually, one similar story. We were all standing in formation, and a guy in front had his out while we were all at POA. No one noticed till the first sergeant went by. Made for an interesting night.

I did a 3 rep 415 squat today which isn't amazing but not too bad, and I don't take anything, and haven't been really lifting all that long.

Pretty much true, I usually go by what people I have seen perform say, because if they actually do it and show results, then chances are it works.

Ya, youll notice it in your workout too. If you eat something like spagetti the night before you will notice how much extra energy you have.
