 OMG you crack me up.. it was only supposed ta be the floor..  then it was the caulking.. now it's a full on make-over??  yer a sucker fer punishment woman
ps.. I think I fixed yer 'bold' problem
Lol yea forgot to dbl check my post... In case I needed to fix it..
Humm well this morning I had second thoughts and was thinking it all would be fine to put back till I started really looking at the wicker for it has been flaking off a bit... And would not hurt to wash off the dust before I spray paint them again..
So then got a wild hair and decided I would ride my trike to Ace Hardware which is only like 10 blocks away.. Well I left there and thought humm I might take a short ride..  Believe me I did not go more than like 4 miles and was sweating like crazy so headed back home.. Shshs kind of stupid to get out around noon.. Got home checked Temps with heat index it is 108 outside.. Needless to say even the short distance I went top of my jeans and shirt were already soaked..
So time to rest a bit before I decide to do anything...Humm if I do
Matter of fact it's Noon maybe some liquid courage will get me primed to be stupid enough (like I need the help to do that) and get out in this heat to wash them off.. No Guarantee.. but hey worth a try

]b] Humm well got the enclosed porch all wiped down, then went back and got all the caulking done.. Might not have been that much but did use one tube of caulk.. Lot of it I have to look up to do.. With a messed up neck I have to do in stages. Well then that project is going to run into several more.. For ya see half of the walls are aluminum siding the other half is half windows & half wood.. Anywho caulking is done.. Then I realized they left a can of some white paint.. So later going to go out and touch up the paint on the wood walls and ceiling..
Humm... then I got to looking at the wicker furniture .. Yea wrong move.. for now I think if I'm going to spruce up the porch I need to fresh up the paint on the furniture and decor.. For it has been a while since I did that..shshhs

It's Flyday~~~~ mine kind of morning to wake up to.. Why cause it's the first day of my 3 day weekend..
I must say it has been a scorcher around here.. predicted to be 107 today but hey we are getting a bit of a break.. All week they said Sat & Sun would hit 110 now they are saying 107 whoop whoop.. Hey even a slight change is great.. Humidity is around 60% for today.. 
Got my enclosed porch windows all shut and front door wide open to cool off the porch. Contractors came and totally replaced my floor on the porch. The porch floor was laid down over 45 years ago and come to find out it was all done in short (1/2 azz job) planks of wood which had started to rotten and had a couple places they said I was lucky I had not fell through.. The indoor outdoor carpet seemed to have saved me from that... Now I need to wipe all the walls down due to some dust and do a bit of caulking before I put everything back in place..I'm over joyed with all the work they have done on my house the last couple of weeks..  I did get the plexiglass window re-sealed that had a gap where all the cool air from inside was going out on the porch..
Zee glad you are getting all those cross beams up. It amazes me all the house repairs you manage to do .. Not many men can do the house repairs you have accomplished.. You go gf.... 
Humm well guess I best head to the kitchen, time to fix breakfast... Its Breakfast Burrito's this morning..

OMG gf.. I'm SO sorry ta hear about your crazy heatopocalypse 110F is inSANE.. please stay hydrated and cool.. Awesome glad you got your account back... shshhs Ohh heck this kind of weather we just don't venture out much... Myself I venture from my car to the buildings and that is as far as I go..

Morning all~~
I assure y'all I will gladly give up these triple digits that are happening.. Today real temp is suppose to hit 107 that is without the heat index..This weekend they are predicting 110 without the heat index.. and seems it is here to stay all next week as well. We have been on extreme heat warnings for the last week.. No rain in site... I'm actually ready for fall but still have the rest of this month before we can take a breather..
This is what I was trying to warn Slim about visiting Texas in August is just not the month to visit. Well unless ya want to be the BBQ

No wonder a woman's job is never done...she wakes up too late .. 
Good to see you riding that trike again TG ....been awhile huh!!! Actually I staggered in because I spent the night at the slots after losing money on the King's Plate horse race yesterday.....so I was not really all there if you get my jist..... Anyhow I napped awhile and now back to enjoy this splendid brunch , prepared with many hands and perhaps a little love in the heart...of a few ... Thanks ladies....
Well hell the solution if the women are busy then start cooking till they get up.. shshshhs That is pretty simple..
Yea it has been too long.. Going to see about a few things I want checked out while I'm not riding.. But it did feel good to get out even for a short time.. Awe it is not how much you loose, if you set a limit.. it's about if you enjoyed your time out.. I so need to start getting out more for sure.. Hope you enjoyed your brunch.. I fixed Jalp Poppers for lunch~~ Jalp stuffed with a layer of cream cheese , 2 kinds of cheese , hamburger meat and topped with cheese wrapped in bacon and cooked in the Air Fryer till the bacon was crispy... on the side is cheese dip and a few chips with a Frozen Margarita.. 
Well after lunch I have all my stuff ready I'm heading to my kiddie pool.. I might wash off my trike prior it needs it then the water will really feel good for believe it or not the water is really cool its 100 outside right now.. Shshs 73 in my house will I go out or not hahahaha

It seems every time I look for a show it seems I end up with watching series instead.. Not complaining for so far they have all been good.. I have started watching "Justified" it is a series of 6 with 78 episodes. At this time I'm on Series 1 Episode 9.. If you like long series I would recommend this one so far it has had lots of action.. Justified Starring: Timothy OlyphantWalton GogginsNick Searcy TVMAAdventureDramaCrimeActionCops & DetectivesTV Series2010 I did finish watching this series and really liked it... Then watched the Justified City Primeval~~ starring Timothy Olyphant it is 15 years later.. Sorry myself I just did not get into this part as much.. Not bad just was a bit off to me... |

Ohh heck well I decided to crank up the Trike and run a few errands on it instead of my car... Was only gone for maybe an hour.. Made 3 stops to get stuff I needed before heading back home.. It might only be 94 out there but my shirt was soaked when I got home.. But man that felt good to get out for a bit..

Humm well slim that is what ya get for being too early on Sunday for Brunch...
Breakfast quesadilla again this morning, since there is left overs from yesterday. Which Slim would have found if he had taken the time to open the fridge... Air Fryer is on the counter heat up what you will eat.. this is a self serve breakfast bar.. Set it to 370-400 for 2-3 min.. And they are good as new again...
Seems our Hot & Heavy dates are with House Repairs..

Ohh what I would give for those temps right now.. I'm so missing Oregon's weather..
Shshs ended up making 3 trips to the shed to put stuff in there, raked out a corner next to the patio that had several plant pots there that was one of the trips to the shed to take all that stuff and put it up..Gathered all the trash in the house and outside and put it in the big trash can. Blew off the patio with the leaf blower, cleaned half the walls on the enclosed patio, breakfast & dishes, Ohh and started my trike and walked the front and back yard for sticks/limbs.. Funny for it sounds like a lot but hell most could do it all within an hour.. it takes me like 3 hrs.. Getting old ain't for pansy's.. Just have to get the enclosed porch finished, should only take maybe 30 min but then again that getting old chit comes in and it will most likely take me a couple more trips out there..

Morning all..... humm well woke up around 5am said the heck with it and got up at 5:20am...Had to move around, I'm bit stiff from yesterday..
Made coffee and started breakfast~~ Today is Breakfast Quesadilla's bacon,sausage,eggs & 2 kinds of cheeses... Salsa on the side... Went out and got the sprinkler going while breakfast was cooking.. 
Got a lot I need to do, house is a mess all my stuff on the enclosed porch is now in my living room.. Having the floor replaced on the porch Wed. due to it was starting to fall in a few places.. Then have all the stuff moved away from the walls on the back patio. So the outside walls on my house can be power washed..
Then of all days I had a shiny penny moment and decided to clean out the bottom of one of my closets in my room Which I need to finish cleaning today too.. Plus have to finish cleaning the walls and windows on the enclosed porch & vacuum the carpet out there..
Oh and yes still triple digits suppose to hit 102 with heat index..Actually a cool day all next week it will be 105-107 with the heat index.. Anywho... guess I best finish eating and figure out where to start first...

But seems after I ate breakfast and had my coffee and piddled around the house a bit I totally forgot and went and took a nap instead. 
Got up just in time for lunch
