Hi couple of quick questions did you install the drivers and soft ware first and what brand of web cam do you have , i know dells and some web cams but they should work even if cam is 4 yrs old and you have a new system with windows xp you might need to install service pack 2 for win xp to get it to work let me know and i will try to help you michael
