I want my kids back home more then anything else. First visit with there dad in 2 years and I am missing them terriby.

Yes wow Christmas is flying up on us fast. This will be my first christmas with out my kids As there dad has decided for the first time in almost two years to take them for christmas. It will be quiet but I plan on re doing there rooms for them for christmas wow will they be surprised. and I will be occupied. Busy busy bst way to occupy my mind lol

Well I am a full time single mom of three (365days a year). My life revolves around my kids all though I find alot of men are interested in dating me time is an issue I do not have a sitter so i do the online thing. I will not waste a baby sitter on just any guy I do not have that luxury. So I try to get to know the guy as well as possible befor I actually go out on a date> As for men with children I have no problem with it but I am picky about there parenting style as it is hard to be in a relationship with some one who has a completely different parenting style. Also a huge turn off to me is a man who has other children who he has not seen in years that does not fly with me. I know if I did not have children and I dated a man who had children from another relationship It would be important to me that I still had children of my own. just my thoughts on the subject.

I know what you are going through. Go with your instinct he is cheating. Telling him to not talk to her will not do any good. I thought I could ignore my ex and love him enough that he would quit contacting the girl he was cheating with (cheating does not always involve sex). In the end I realixed that there was no way I could expect him to respect me if I allowed his behavior and there was no way i could make him quit contacting her. So I decded I needed to respect my self enough to walk away. Good luck I believe no relationship can be a good trusting relationship when you have to constantly worry about who he is talking to, hanging out with etc. Listen to the Song "Stay" by Sugarland it helped me alot.

Wanted to put my input in on this topic. I made the mistake of not putting my kids first in a relationship. It is not something I will do again. My mom was a single mom of 5 she repeatedly put men above her kids I believe she did this because she did not respect herself. I let anybody who is interested in me know that my kids are not baggage. They are me and I am them. If some one can not accept my kids then so be it. I love my kids and they will always be first.

Yes I agree those single dads out there never seize to amaze me.
