what is a typical day over there weather like.
what is the main attraction in cali.

What's the main attraction in Cali? Well...

- you could experience the thrill of sitting for up to half-a-day in L.A.'s wonderful traffic, which is likened the experience of watching grass grow.

- you could get mugged while at one of L.A.'s many attractions, like Universal City Walk (just don't mind the burnt wood smell emanating from inside... just a wee little fire), or Disneyland (don't mind the little kids getting beheaded on the "Pirates of the Caribbean" ride... they've had to let go of their salaried maintenance techs and externally contract to save money), or at Six Flags Magic Mountain, which has had a record 50 brawls take place out there, thanks in part to the incredibly bored gang members who seem to enjoy hanging out there.

- you can also enjoy the fun of picking used syringes, broken glass, and sharp metal objects out of your feet as you spend a day at one of L.A.'s many beaches. And all while testing your skills by dodging the many beach bums and meth-heads who pervade the sunny Left Coast.

Yup... there's lots of fun to be had in Cali. laugh

yea, talk about your wonderful so. calilaugh

Beaches aren't like that in Northern Cali- Not ANY I have been to and I have been up and down all of PCH.. btw.. I have lived in so. cali and norcal...
And we don't have traffic half as bad as you all..
Although LA drivers are much better drivers, they are more aggressive and will just change a lane instead of half stepping and 'waiting for an invitation' which is so irritating.

Amusement parks ? Much more can be said about California than the Amusement parks...
Hearst Castle in San Simeon is really nice to go spend the day up at.. Cambria the town b4 San Simeon right off Highway 1.. a small town with it is quiet and beautiful.
Pismo Beach is a great place to venture off to as well Carmel and Monterey....
Monterey bay aquarium is sweet.
SF is a must see if you come to california as well if your out in Norcal.. you should stop by Napa and ride the wine train... many many things to do... google google google....

all the rocker dudes moved to L.A., where the REAL music action is.

LOL@ the obvious Southern Cali/ Northern Cali rival you feel....

We all live in California--- and in the same world.

California is a awesome state. Now get your oxygen tank filled so you have some clean air to breathe while your outside protecting our borders. That is your job since you are closer then us.
We are busy- on the wine train in Napa- we don't need oxygen masks up here..... I can send ya some clean air for a reasonable price.
Just give me much notice I might be in Calistoga at a spa doing a mud bath... or at the natural geiser... or in SF hanging out shopping or Tahoe or maybe Reno.. who knows... bigsmile  glasses

and luv2rok... I will friend ya...

It's difficult to look on the positive when I have to drive my child 16 miles round trip to school and pick them up in the afternoon.

My Teens take public transportation! Takes them 2 hours to get there 2 to get home... ya ok that was obvious.. well sometimes it's a lil longer.. depending on bus delays.

They catch the bus--to the lightrail station--take lightrail downtown transfer to another lightrail -- then have to get off at another stop to board a bus to end up in front of the school. They get up at 5am.. leave before 6am.. get home between 6:30-7 every night... k..

Public transportation/car pooling.. etc, jeez!

I'm so sick of hearing bout gas.. explode
I use the same gas stations 99% of the time so I very very very did I express the VERY enuf(?), rarely look at a gas price, it's pointless. I need it and I'm going to get it.. So it makes no difference the price.

If I was going to TAKE ACTION I suppose I would spend what little to no time I have doing massive research and educating myself as much as possible-thennnn start that slow progressive climb up the ladder to TRY and make a difference..

Noone really cares, or they would try and really do something... bunch of whinners.. laugh laugh

huh

well, what I read in ur original post or rant.. said NOTHING that she took you out... It stating that you had an "outing" for her friends bday...

at the end it said something about you asking her if she could ever pay or if she "could EVER take u out"... so uhm not sure.. what u all are talkn about stating "she took u out" and didnt pay...

FYI.. I don't take men out.... Nor ask them out.

Nor I never stated it was a "mans JOB" to pay. Misquoted.

It is simple manners.
This is far beyond roles in dating, but it is so simple.

To bad it's come down to money it seemsnoway
Expectations kill everything.

BTW

I'm not responsible for how u feel..

Men should always pay! Screw u all! *laughs*

I think it is rude for a man to put a woman in a "position" to pay for anything. Even if for a test! That is horrible manners, and not a way to see if you're cared for. If you feel you deserve some kick back on a date you should find a woman that has the same mindset as you. Not spring it on a woman at the end of a meal! That is so socially and personally and well on so many levels wrong..

That is totally ur issue.

With that said,

Although I feel a man should pay, or feel like he wants to pay for treating the woman he is with--I find it selfish for a person to always take take take without so much as a show of appreciation in some way. Personally, I like to treat @ times if it is appropriate, Or choose other ways, cook/gift/ or surprise w/entertainment tix etc.. that might not include me.. so ya.. wutever..

but that is rude in the way it was presented... in my opinion...
in a non judgemental way I might add..
bigsmile
